Here’s how to log in to your WebPT account:
Go to the WebPT login page: https://app.webpt.com.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click “Sign In.”
You’ll be taken to your WebPT dashboard where you can access patient notes, schedules, and more.
After logging in, you can:
View and update patient records
Schedule or view appointments
Complete documentation
Manage billing and claims
Edit your profile or password
Access reporting tools (admin only)
What you see depends on your role (therapist, aide, biller, or admin).
If you forgot your login info:
Contact your clinic admin or WebPT support for help.
On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email address.
Follow the link sent to your inbox to reset your password.
If your email isn’t recognized, reach out to your team leader or WebPT support.
If you’re new to WebPT:
Your clinic admin will send you an activation email.
Open the email and click the activation link.
Set up your password and choose security questions.
Log in at https://app.webpt.com.
You’re now ready to access your WebPT workspace.
